Over three dozen women gathered Thursday evening, Aug. 28, 2025 to recharge, reconnect and renew… the theme for the Mom’s Night Out event at Cubana Grille in McKinney, Texas. Various topics from physical to mental health care were discussed during the DFW Black Healthcare Professionals presentation curated by Maneka
Moffett.
“This is not a judgement zone,” Moffett told the attentive audience. “This space is for you to let your hair down, let your weave down, braids down and reconnect with yourself and get help.”
More Mom’s Night Out events will take place in the future.
