Dr. T. Abney LPC, NCCC is the executive director of Ratciff Youth and Family Services. She attended Southern Methodist University and received her Bachelor of Science. She then received a Master of Science from the University of North Texas, and a Masters Degree in Counseling from Lamar University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Education and Supervision.
Dr. Abney is a dedicated community servant, she is a board member of Dodd Education and Support, Inc., an Executive Board Member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and a Lonestar Foundation Board Member of the Miss Texas Scholarship Organization. She is also a devoted member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
