Ribbon cutting ceremony on the extension of East Wheatland off University Hills – I20 in Southern Dallas County, off the University of North Texas and the Skyline Ranch area. Dignitaries participated in the festivities, including: Councilmember Tennell Atkins, Mayor Pro Tem Carolyn King-Arnold, University of North Texas President Bob Mong, Constable Tracey Gulley and Skyline Ranch owners Robert and Pennie Pitre.
