The Garland Branch NAACP, under the leadership of President Ricky C. McNeal held its 10th Annual Legal Redress Forum this week and Garland Police Chief Jeff Bryan discussed a number of issues including: school shootings, hiring new officers and personnel (there are several opportunities) and serving and protecting the community.
