Kids being kids is universal. There’s a new universe along the Dallas North Tollway and Panther Creek Parkway in Frisco, Texas that allows them to engage, interact and explore familiar characters and themes on their level.

Universal Kids Resort opens to the public on July 1, 2026. Many got a chance to check out the park during preview days. This establishment is for the kids… it’s in the name. Ages 3 to 10 will enjoy this place designed with them in mind. Adults will have fun too, even if it’s just seeing kids’ eyes light up in delight.

In addition to rides, shows, entertainment and food, there’s plenty of water and cool down areas as well. It’s a doable day without being overwhelmed. The park seems to also be a great boost for employment with visible signs of many young people at work.

Whether as a day trip or extended stay experiencing the onsite hotel amenities, grab your little ones and check it out!
