Tonjia Grimble Ed.D is the CEO & Founder of STEM It Up Sports. A professor at Dallas College, she teaches, ECE, K-12, and Higher-Ed courses, and specializes in ECE consultations, course design and curriculum development and integrating STEM instruction courses. Tonjia has Her publications include: Teacher Professional Development Challenges for STEM Education: A Case Study and she has more than 30 years of experience in working with Early Childhood Educators and Teachers. She received a BS Degree in Human Services from Springfield College and a Master’s and Doctor of Education from the University of Phoenix. Tonjia is the CEO/Founder of S.T.E.M. VANGUARDS and has extensive experience working with youth organizations like YMCA of Greater Houston, YWCA, Nexus Recovery Center, Childcare Group, and KinderCare.
