Acquanetta Edmond is the Charter Schools USA Deputy Director for Charlotte, North Carolina. Previously, she served as principal of Cabarrus County Schools, and for nearly 30 years she worked in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools as executive director of Central Learning Community and Learning Community Superintendent, where she focused on staff development, data analysis, Classroom Instruction, and Educational Leadership. She attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and South Carolina State University.
