Mitzi S. Willis, J.D., Ed.D., M.A., is a Voice Advocate/Organizational Leader and Follower/Dispute Resolution Strategist. A practicing attorney, she is the CEO of Primaries Management Services and COO of Charles E. Willis, II, M.D., P.A., and has been an assistant city attorney for the city of Dallas. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Texas A&M University, a Doctor of Law from Pepperdine University School of Law, a Master of Education in Conflict Management and Resolution, and a Doctor of Education from Abilene Christian University. A true community servant, she is a member of the Barbara Jordan Leadership Institute, The Links, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and Jack and Jill of America Foundation, to name a few.
