Once again, the Dallas Chapter of Jack and Jill Inc. will bring together future male leaders in a rite of passage program that celebrates their achievements as they prepare to take their next step into adulthood at the 49th Beautillion, Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Dallas Hyatt Regency Hotel at 7p.m.
“We greatly appreciate the support of the Dallas community as we honor the accomplishments and embrace the future success of the best and brightest young men in our community as they complete their senior year of high school,” Beautillion Chair Marissa Horne.
Jack and Jill of America, Inc. is a national not-for-profit membership organization of mothers dedicated to nurturing future leaders by supporting children through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving, and civic duty. The Dallas Chapter of this national organization carries this mission forward in the lives of Dallas children.
Inspired and guided by the national theme, “The Power to Make a Difference.”
According to Horne, the Jack and Jill Beautillion and Community Benefit was formed in 1977, to promote high self-esteem and standards, strong morals and values, continuous education, refined social skills, respect, service, and friendship among young men in their senior year of high school.
During the Silver Anniversary Year in 1978, the Dallas Chapter presented its first Beautillion under the presidency of Gloria White.
Through the Beautilion experience, the goal is for each participant to improve leadership skills in the areas of problem-solving and critical thinking, meet community and business leaders and understand their success strategies, learn financial management, and gain an understanding of social issues that impact their future. Also, participants build life-long friendships with other outstanding young men.
During the process, the young men and women participate in a Leadership Development Conference. The series of workshops and activities exposes the participants to top leaders in their field in the city of Dallas.
The Beautillion also supports participants by providing an opportunity to receive awards for college expenses. Additionally, proceeds benefit impactful Dallas non-profit organizations and the Jack and Jill of America Foundation.
“We are honored to have celebrated the Beautillion in the Dallas community for 49 years,” added Horne. We look forward to celebrating our golden 50th next year.”
