A Few Wood Men is a wooden watch collection designed and created for Men of Distinction. Created as a sounding board for Black men who are striving to break down barriers, break curses, push boundaries, overcome strongholds, discover strength, come into self-love, and maintain peace while becoming fathers, husbands, leaders, commanders, and pillars within their community. Shanayla Sweat created the company in 2017. Her mission was to find the perfect gift that represented her grandfather’s character. George Lester was the epitome of an A Few Wood Men. It was because of him that A Few Wood Men was created.
