Dr. Winnie King has 25 years’ experience as an Emergency Medicine specialist. She has excelled in multiple arenas throughout her illustrious career, utilizing her skills in Medicine and the media. She is a 4-time Emmy Award-winning talk show host and has hosted shows on Lifetime and PBS. Dr. King has been a recurring guest on the Oprah Winfrey show and the Montel Williams show, speaking on a variety of topics. She owns a medical wellness center in Houston and hosts a weekly live call-in radio show, Ask Winnie King, MD, on KCOH 1230. A graduate of Howard University College of Medicine, she attended Montgomery College and studied psychology at Hood College.
