FRANK EDWARD SMITH

Frank Edward Smith, a beacon of humor and warmth, departed on December 3, 2024, at 77. Born on July 8, 1947, Frank’s zest for life was palpable, shining through in every smile he shared and every joke he told. His infectious laughter could light up even the cloudiest of days, and his witty remarks endeared him to all who had the privilege to know him.

Frank was not only known for his remarkable sense of humor but also for the depth of his caring nature. He had an innate ability to connect with others, his loving spirit making him a cherished friend and family member. His time, whether spent with loved ones or frolicking with his dogs, Bella, & Shaka, was always sprinkled with joy and laughter, and he embraced every moment with an open heart and a twinkle in his eye.

A proud veteran who served in the Marines, Frank carried the values of loyalty and honor not just on the battleground, but in the way he lived his daily life. His dedication to service exemplified the love and commitment he extended to everyone around him.

For those longing to pay their respects, a burial service will be held on December 9, 2024, starting at 9:00 AM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, located at 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211. As we gather to honor his memory, let us celebrate the laughter, love, and wit he gifted us all. Though Frank has taken his final bow, his joyous spirit will forever echo in our hearts, reminding us always to cherish each moment and to laugh a little louder, just as he would have wanted. To order memorial trees or send flowers to the family in memory of FRANK EDWARD SMITH, please visit our flower store.
