Jometra Hawkins has more than 20 years of experience as a community health and equity consultant. Currently the Assistant Presiding Officer of the Texas Department of State Health Services, program manager for the African American Male Wellness Agency and Community Health Consultant for Texas Southern University, she is very busy! She is also the Principal Consultant for Equity Bridge LLC. A graduate of Ball High School, and Texas Southern University, she is CPR Certified and focused on helping others to lead healthier lives by making wise decisions and practicing early detection for early prevention.
