Angela Robinson is the principal at Frank D. Moates Elementary School Campus. Previously she served as principal at Cockrell Hill Elementary and she held administrative appointments in the Lancaster ISD. Robinson is described as a forward-thinking leader with a track record of success in improving educational systems through strategic planning and program and curriculum development. Her strong commitment to children and their learning experience, as well as her support of teachers and staff, made her an obvious selection for DeSoto’s Principal of the Year. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Robinson has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
