Regina Hill-Onyeibe is the Africa Liaison and Senior Coordinator/Entrepreneur & Small Business Initiatives at City of Dallas. During almost two decades at the City of Dallas Regina has had a significant impact building relationships between Dallas and several countries across the continent of Africa. Regina has also worked as a Senior Business Planning Manager for Hewlett Packard. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University. Originally from Kansas City, Kansas; Regina graduated from F L Schlagle High School. Talented, beautiful and possessing a charming personality, this is our International Superb Woman.
