Meet Patrick and Fasicka Hicks owners of Smoke’N Ash BBQ They started with a smoker trailer doing BBQ pop-ups on the weekends, which eventually blossomed into their current restaurant business as customer demand for Patrick’s smoked meats steadily grew. The flavors of Ethiopia and Texas gradually started to mingle together to create new dishes, making Smoke’N Ash BBQ the first restaurant in the world to serve what they have named Tex-Ethiopian barbecue.
