Winston, Esq., President and CEO, National Association of Black-Owned Broadcasters Inc., Saluting Transformational Leaders and Ensuring Black Voter Turnout.
Held during the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s Annual Legislative Conference in Washington, DC., the Leadership Awards began in 2014 and salutes the “best of the best in their respective fields of endeavor.”
