Candy Cane Hunts 2018 at The Gentle Zoo 12600 FM 2932, Forney 1 pm-2 pm
The Gentle Zoo is starting a new tradition and hosting is first annual Candy Cane Hunt for 2018! The dates will be Dec 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th, 22nd and 23rd. The Candy Cane hunts will begin at 1pm sharp for ages 2 and under, 1:30 pm sharp for ages 2 thru 4 and 2 pm sharp for ages 5 and up. Admission is $6 to petting zoo, maze, play area, train ride. Additional optional activities include a jumping pillow and photos with Santa. Picnics welcome. Bring a basket our bag for Candy canes!

Art Center of Plano announces the opening of the photography exhibition featuring David Downs and Barry Benton. The exhibition will extend from December 8, 2018 through February 2, 2019 at the ArtCentre 902 E. 16th St., Plano.

White Christmas Live at the Plaza Theatre Live onstage, CORP presents White Christmas, the heartfelt tale of two WWII veterans who try to save their former commanding general’s Vermont lodge. 2019 TALENT SHOWCASE

Talent show will be held on Sunday January 6, 2019 and January 12 Part II at 7 pm. Location is Georgetown Palace Theater, 810 S Austin Ave, Georgetown, TX 78626. Unsigned Texas Artists presents two intimate evenings of music featuring local living legends of Jazz. Join us on journey of the development of Jazz through music with visual aids. This series will entertain and educate the community while paying homage to past and current living legends of Jazz.  We will also provide opportunity for newer talent to be showcased throughout the series. The series will surely impress upon all the importance of preserving the rich tradition of music we call Jazz.
