A powerful afternoon of art, expression, and community impact is set to take place on June  27, 2026, from 1:30 to 4:30 PM, at Cedar Crest Community Center, 1000 Hutchins Road in Dallas, as performers and supporters gather for “Speak Out. Give  Back!”—an event dedicated to uplifting students in need.

Organizers are calling on dynamic Steppers and compelling Spoken Word artists to take the  stage and use their talents for a meaningful cause. More than just a showcase of creativity,  this event serves as a movement to provide critical support for Dallas Independent School  District (DISD) students.

Proceeds and contributions from the event will help supply school uniforms, essential  educational materials, and stipends designed to positively impact students’ lives.

“This is an opportunity for artists to bring their rhythm, voice, and passion for change to a  platform that truly matters,” said event organizers. “Every performance has the power to  make a difference.”

Community members, performers, and supporters are encouraged to participate and  contribute to this impactful initiative.

For more information or to sign up to perform, please contact Wana at 469-563-4574. Step up. Speak out. Give back.
