It was recently announced that Jennifer Moulton has joined UNCF as the new Area Development Director, where she will lead strategic fundraising initiatives to expand donor engagement and strengthen support across North Texas and Oklahoma. Jennifer brings a proven record in nonprofit leadership, development, and education, along with a results‑driven approach to cultivating major gifts and building meaningful community partnerships.
Jennifer previously served in leadership roles with UME Preparatory Academy and the American College of Emergency Physicians, where she advanced organizational goals and program development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Paul Quinn College and a master’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Houston Baptist University.
Her commitment to community extends far beyond her professional work. Jennifer currently serves as Vice President of the National Alumni Association for Paul Quinn College and is an active member of the Junior League of Dallas. Outside of her service and leadership roles, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their four children.
