Dionne Waldron McNeal is the Fulton Bank Vice President of Community Outreach for the Baltimore Market. Her commitment to uplifting others extends far beyond her professional role.” She graduated from Baltimore City College High School before receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business from Colorado Technical University.Previously she worked at Wells Fargo and Operation Hope. A resident of Pikesville, Maryland, Dionne is a proud wife, mother of two, and grandmother.
