Rosalind Rayford is a Dallas native who grew up in South Dallas. Wanting a more expansive educational experience to continue her leadership growth through higher education, she is attending Antioch University Graduate School of Leadership and Change to earn her Ph.D. Rosalind is passionate about developing leadership skills for women of color and those in higher education. Through Rosalind’s personal experience of family and intimate partner violence (IPV), she has a passion for women and young ladies whom domestic and intimate partner violence has directly and indirectly impacted.
