Sorority celebrates service milestone for honorees

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Omega Alpha Omega Chapter members were welcomed to the Silver circle commemorating 25 years of service. Feb. 21, 2026 was an evening of elevated class and sophistication at the Cowboys Club in Frisco, Texas themed “The Silver Standard: A Night in Black,” where attendees wore black attire and the honorees were decked out in a variety of silver fashions. In addition to receiving custom gift boxes and matching crowns, the Silver Honorees also received certificates from Texas State Senator Royce West celebrating the significant milestone. Attendees enjoyed food and sounds from DJ Dr. Mack. This celebration was the precursor to a formal presentation scheduled the following day during the chapter’s Founders’ Day Brunch.
