DeSoto High School to Host Rescheduled Championship Parade and Community Celebration Honoring 2025 State Title Team

DeSoto, TX — Due to anticipated inclement weather this weekend, the DeSoto State Championship Parade has been rescheduled. While the date has changed, the excitement and celebration remain bigger than ever.

DeSoto Independent School District and DeSoto High School are proud to invite the community to join in honoring the 2025 DeSoto High School Football State Championship Team and Coaching Staff, whose historic season culminated in a dominant UIL Class 6A, Division II State Championship victory.

Updated Championship Parade & Celebration Details
New Date: Saturday, February 7, 2026*
Lineup Begins: 11:15 a.m. at Amber Terrace
Parade Start Time: Noon
