Valencia Ferguson is an administrative officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers headquarters, Department of Veteran Affairs, Dallas Veteran Affairs and U.S. Navy. She attended Seabreeze Senior High School and Spruce Creek High School before studying Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington, Excelsior University and Liberty University, where she received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology.
