
Hon. Nikema Williams represents Georgia’s Fighting Fifth Congressional District. Congresswoman Williams is a proud graduate of Talladega College where she earned a degree in biology and became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Chi Chapter. As Whip of the Democratic Women’s Caucus, Congresswoman Williams leads the charge for reproductive freedom. A wife and mother, she serves on several caucuses, including: Congressional Voting Rights, Black-Jewish Relations, Endometriosis, Small Brewers, Democratic Women’s, New Democrat Coalition, Congressional Black, Black Maternal Health, Congressional Caucus on Black Women & Girls, Congressional Equality, Congressional Labor, Congressional Mamas, Congressional Youth Mentoring, Gun Violence Prevention Task Force, HBCU, Colon Cancer, Congressional Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and HIV/AIDS.
