Stephanie Boutte is originally from Opelousas, Louisiana. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern State University. She later moved to Houston, Texas. Stephanie is an entrepreneur and educator known as the President of the Ternion Training and Education Center in Toledo, Ohio, and the founder of HTEC-Houston’s Training and Education Center. She established HTEC in 1998 to offer high-demand training programs in distressed communities. She is a passionate advocate for workforce development and self-sufficiency, frequently emphasizing the importance of helping her students succeed. Stephanie has been recognized for her extensive work, including being named a nominee for a community enrichment award and receiving a fellowship.
