OBIT: DELFRED LARAY HARPER

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of DELFRED LARAY HARPER, who left this world on November 3, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on October 19, 1958, Delfred was a beacon of love, care, and happiness to all who knew him. He was deeply family-oriented, nurturing bonds that brought much joy and warmth to his loved ones.

Delfred’s spirit was characterized by his loving nature and his unwavering support for those around him. He approached life with a positive attitude that not only uplifted his family but also inspired his friends and community. His presence radiated happiness, and he had a unique way of making every moment spent together feel special.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the viewing on November 11, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. Following the viewing, a funeral service will be held on November 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the same location, concluding at 2:00 PM.

Though he has departed from this earthly realm, Delfred’s legacy of love and care will continue to live on in the hearts of those he cherished. He will be greatly missed, but the memories he created will forever be treasured.
