Dr. Christal M. Jackson is a Global Impact and Sustainability Architect | Caregiver and founder of Mosaic Genius, parent company of Head and Heart Philanthropy. A proud graduate of Spelman College and Duke University, Jackson earned recognition from EBONY magazine’s Future 30 Leaders of America and numerous awards for her contributions to social innovation, including an honorary doctorate from Dillard University. She serves on the boards of several organizations, including The New Community Transformation Fund, WOC Star Fund, and the Africa-America Institute, where she made history as the first female board chair of color.
