
Mia is a speaker, published author, consultant, and therapist with a personal mission of empowering others to live life on purpose. Mia holds a B.S. in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University. She is also a licensed clinical member, certified pastoral counselor (N.C.C.A.), and a Certified Temperament Therapist. She previously served as the National Community Outreach Manager for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Myeloma Link program. She is the organizing leader and Chartering President of The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. (NCBW), both the Dallas Metropolitan Chapter and the Fort Worth Metropolitan Chapter. Additionally, she serves on the National Board of Directors of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc.
