
Angela Rye, born in Seattle, Washington, is a lawyer, political commentator, and the founder of IMPACT Strategies, a firm dedicated to empowering young professionals through civic engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. Rye has served as a CNN political commentator and NPR analyst, using her platform to advocate for social justice and political reform. Her work continues to inspire a new generation of leaders committed to change. At this year’s Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s Phoenix Award, she received the Chair’s Award.
