She peacefully departed this world on August 23, 2025, leaving behind a legacy that reflects her caring nature and devotion to family. Doris was not only a mother, grandmother, and friend but also a loving spirit who embraced life with a radiant happiness that touched everyone around her.

Doris’s life was characterized by her unwavering commitment to her loved ones. Family was at the core of her existence, and she nurtured those relationships with the utmost tenderness. Her warmth and kindness created an inviting atmosphere that made everyone feel welcome. Doris’s joyous disposition was contagious, brightening even the darkest of days.

The community will gather to honor her remarkable life with two heartfelt events. A viewing will take place on September 8, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. This gathering speaks to the deep love and respect held for Doris by those who knew her.

The following day, September 9, 2025, a funeral service will be held from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home-ALLENE CHAPEL, situated at the same address. This service will provide family and friends the opportunity to celebrate Doris’s life, share cherished memories, and find comfort in one another’s presence.
