OBIT: AARON FIELDS

Aaron Fields, dearly departed on August 25, 2025, in the heart of Dallas, Texas, where he was born on April 8, 1953. A beloved son of the city, Aaron graced the world with his vibrant spirit and infectious humor, leaving a lasting impression on all who crossed his path.

An embodiment of joy and laughter, Aaron was known for his over-the-top personality and knack for jokes that could light up the coldest of days. His profound sense of humor was matched only by his impressive talents; a well-rounded craftsman, he took pride in his skills, particularly as a licensed plumber—a milestone he regarded as one of his proudest accomplishments.

Aaron’s enthusiastic spirit thrived outdoors, where he found solace and joy in hunting, fishing, and the freedom of the open air. His love for nature was mirrored by his affection for classic cars, particularly his cherished Road Runner, an emblem of his love for adventure and his dynamic personality. A devoted Dallas Cowboys fan, he reveled in the camaraderie of friends and family as they cheered for their team, the joy of the game echoing his own vibrant spirit.

Education played a significant role in shaping the remarkable man he became. As a proud member of the Franklin D Roosevelt High School Class of 1971, he forged friendships that would last a lifetime and laid the groundwork for a life filled with laughter, love, and shared experiences.

In his later years, his vibrant presence was a beacon of warmth, drawing people together. Whether he was sharing a hearty meal that he lovingly cooked himself or recounting tales of his outdoor escapades, Aaron left an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know him.

To honor his spirited legacy, a viewing will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas on September 8, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a wake service from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same venue. The funeral service will take place on September 9, 2025, at 1:00 PM.

As we reminisce about the joyous moments shared, let us carry forth Aaron Fields’ legacy of laughter, adventure, and love. He may have left this earthly realm, but he remains etched in our hearts, forever the jokester, the beloved friend, the craftsman with a touch of magic, and the soul who lived life to the fullest.
