Superb Woman: Kimberly Richards

Kimberly Richards is a devoted public servant and passionate community engagement advocate. She currently serves as the District Director for District 8 Councilwoman Lorie Blair and Interim Manager at the South Dallas Cultural Center, where she leads efforts to connect residents with resources, amplify community voices, and support inclusive policy initiatives. Before her roles in municipal leadership, Kimberly worked extensively as a graphic designer after earning her Associate of Arts degree from Wade College. Excited to merge her digital art background with civic leadership, Kimberly channels creative insight into building trust, fostering meaningful relationships, and advancing community-driven solutions across South Dallas.
