
Michelle Green-Ford is the first female President and CEO of the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce, where she champions economic development and advocates for small business owners. Michelle is a born and raised Fort Worth native as well as a proud graduate of Dunbar High School. She was instilled early on with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of North Texas and an MBA from Amberton University. Her corporate background includes roles at IBM and American Airlines, where she served as an International Leadership Trainer. A dedicated public servant and proud mother of two college graduates, Michelle is known for her warmth, determination, and ability to inspire others toward a brighter future.
