Eugene Cartwright, a beloved member of his community, passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 73. Born on October 15, 1951, Eugene was known for his loving and caring nature, which touched the lives of many throughout his years.

Eugene’s kindness extended to all those he met, and his warmth had a unique way of making individuals feel valued and cherished. He embodied compassion and humility, leaving a lasting impression on friends and family alike. His presence will be profoundly missed by those fortunate enough to have known him.

A viewing will be held in his honor on July 20, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. This gathering will provide an opportunity for friends to pay their respects and celebrate Eugene’s life and legacy.

Following the viewing, a funeral service will take place on July 21, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, also at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Allene Chapel, situated at the same address. Loved ones are invited to come together to honor Eugene’s contributions to their lives and to cherish the memories he leaves behind.
