Virginia Butler, affectionately known as “Mother Butler,” passed away on July 12, 2025, in Mesquite, Texas, at the age of 85. Born on November 19, 1939, in Neches, Texas, Virginia was a cherished matriarch who touched the lives of many with her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support.

Virginia’s journey began in the small town of Neches, where she was raised with strong values and a deep sense of community. Her maiden name, Diles, reflects her roots and the legacy of love and resilience instilled in her from an early age. Throughout her life, she carried these values forward, becoming a vital presence in the lives of those around.

Virginia was known for her nurturing spirit and her ability to inspire those she loved. Her warmth and generosity extended beyond her family, as she built lasting friendships in every community she was part of. Virginia’s home was a place of comfort and joy, filled with laughter and shared memories.

Virginia Butler leaves behind a legacy of devotion and strength that will be felt for generations to come.
