2025 UNCF North Texas Walk for Education Chair Brandon Q. Jones

Brandon Q. Jones

With nearly two decades of financial industry success, Brandon Q. Jones has proven himself to be a leader in the financial services and community development arenas. Jones currently serves as Senior Vice President, Director of External Affairs for Comerica Bank.

In his role, Jones oversees Comerica’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) community engagement functions including External Affairs, Community Affairs, & CRA Validation. In his career Jones has also lead implementation of substantial community optimization projects such as: the establishment of West Dallas’ first banking center, Gomerica, Comerica’s mobile community banking center and BusinessHQ, Comerica’s small business resource center.

His passion for helping individuals, entrepreneurs and communities become financially astute has led him to work with various organizations across the DFW Metroplex. These organizations include United Way, Project Still I Rise, The Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce and Year Up.

Jones serves on the board of directors for the Resource Center and member of United Negro College Fund’s North Texas Leadership Council. He also serves as a strategic advisor for many local non-profits. 

A graduate of Texas Southern University, Jones also holds a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Management from Boston College. In addition, he is a graduate of the 10th class of Leadership North Texas, was featured in the fifth edition of Who’s Who in Black Dallas and was named in the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list.
