OBIT: Virginia Sue Baker

Virginia Sue Baker, born on December 19, 1964, in Dallas, Texas, passed away peacefully in her hometown on April 20, 2025. A cherished figure in her community, Virginia’s life was marked by her warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit.

Throughout her life, Virginia made lasting impressions on everyone she encountered. Her compassionate nature and dedication to helping others were evident in her everyday interactions. Friends and acquaintances alike will remember her as someone who always had a kind word to offer and a listening ear for those in need.

Virginia’s family and friends are invited to gather together to celebrate her life during a Prayer Service on May 6, 2025, from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas (Allene), located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224. The following day, a Funeral Service will be held on May 7, 2025, commencing at 1:00 PM and concluding at 2:00 PM, at the same location.

As we remember Virginia Sue Baker, we hold close the memories of her laughter, her benevolence, and her indomitable spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
