Capital City, LLC is a minority, family-owned company based in the Maryland suburbs, owned by Charles and Arsha Jones. Arsha Jones was born and raised in Washington, D.C., and began to miss this sauce she grew up with when she moved to the suburbs and wanted to give her family a real taste of D.C.
