Annie Mae Hayes, a beloved fixture in her community and the heart of her family passed away peacefully on November 29, 2024, in Lancaster, Texas. Born on October 19, 1934, in Navasota, Texas, Annie lived a life rich with love, warmth, and an unwavering spirit that touched everyone she encountered.

Annie was known for her outgoing personality, never meeting a stranger and always ready to share a smile or a kind word. Her caring nature and ability to make others feel valued were rare qualities that endeared her to so many. Family was central in Annie’s life; she cherished the time spent with loved ones, making memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew her.

Her light shone brightly in every room she entered, infusing every gathering with joy and laughter. Annie’s love for people transcended the ordinary; she had an unparalleled gift for bringing happiness to those around her, making her a true treasure in her family and community.

A viewing will be held on December 6, 2024, at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Fort Worth, Texas, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, where friends and family can come together to celebrate her life and pay their respects. Another viewing will take place at Mayfield Baptist Church in Fort Worth on December 7, starting at 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at the same location at 12:00 PM.

Annie Mae Hayes leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
