William “Bam” Sparks: Bridging the Digital Divide with Culture Wireless

Culture Wireless, a Black-owned ISP, was founded during the COVID-19 pandemic to bridge the digital divide in underserved communities, and is now providing affordable internet access to the AUC area and surrounding neighborhoods, with a long-term goal of equipping the culture with the tools to keep innovating and pushing forward.
