OLLIE WADE, a beloved devoted matriarch, sadly passed away on August 20, 2024, in Mesquite, Texas, at 80 years old. Born November 20, 1943, in Center, Texas, Ollie lived a life marked by kindness, inspiration, and unwavering love for her family.

Ollie was known for her consistent and resourceful nature, traits that she demonstrated both in her career and family life. As a housekeeper she poured her heart into her work, serving those around her with dedication and care. However, her greatest joy was found not just in her profession but in the family she cherished deeply.

She was a loving mother and grandmother, whose devotion to her children and grandchildren was immeasurable. Her nurturing spirit and compassionate heart created a legacy of warmth that will continue to resonate within her family and friends. She inspired many with her kindness and strength, earning the respect and admiration of all who knew her.

Ollie is survived by her children, grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends who will miss her dearly and remember her for the boundless love she shared throughout her life.

Visitation will be held on August 28, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224. A funeral service in her honor will take place on September 4, 2024, starting at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Ollie Wade’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched, a testament to a life well lived and a love that knows no bounds.
