BILLY WAYNE BLACK.

Wayne was born on April 4th, 1975 in Dallas, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, Janetta Black and Billy Proctor along with his brother, Lionell Hill.

 Wayne attended Skyline High School in Dallas, TX. Wayne dedicated 20 years to Kroger before retirement.

 Wayne was a kid at heart with natural kindness to everyone. He was quiet to many but loving and talkative with loved ones. He enjoyed spending time with family and playing video games. More than anything he loved sharing time with Victor. They were more than father and son, they were best friends.

 Wayne leaves to cherish his memory: son, Victor (Tatyana); siblings, DeCarol, Hattie Ruth, Orion, Mike, Tommy; and sister/niece, Deedee; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
