Michelle Andre is the Director of the Office of Community Police Oversight for the City of Dallas. She is a Government Oversight Practitioner, an expert in Administrative Revamps & Stakeholder Collaboration, and transforming Public Service and Criminal Justice Operations. Referred to as dynamic and visionary, she has a proven track record of driving organizational excellence and fostering impactful change in public service environments. Previously she served as Program Manager of the Albany Community Police Review Board in Albany, NY, as an auditor of the City of Albany, and as Senior Legislative Aide for Albany Common Council. She received an A.A. Degree from the Borough of Manhattan Community College and a B.A. and M.A. Degrees in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany.
