Shannon Norman received her degree in Accounting from Prairie View A&M University and began her career in public accounting and transitioned to the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank. After taking a year off to be her mother’s primary caregiver throughout her breast cancer treatment, Shannon decided to become an entrepreneur and purchased her first Baskin Robbins location in 2014. The second and third locations were developed from the ground up in 2017 and 2018, resulting in an honor in 2019 as Baskin Robbins’ Developer of the Year. In 2021 Shannon diversified her portfolio by adding pizza, signing a three-store deal with Pepperoni’s Pizza. In 2022, she developed a Baskin Robbins Flagship location in Richmond, and most recently, in April 2024, her Dunkin-Baskin Robbins co-branded location opened in Baytown.
