Joi Kidd is an experienced equity-focused PK-12 Educational Leader, Facilitator, Partnership Specialist, and Product Manager who has worked as an executive director and senior director of product design and development, and as a principal in Chicago Public Schools. Joi received a Bachelor of General Studies in Urban Studies/Affairs from the University of New Orleans, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from National Louis University and a Master of Arts in Teaching/Special Education from Belmont University. She also studied at Argosy University. Community-oriented, Joi has served on the board of Uplift Education and she has also volunteered as an instructor at Deloitte.
