The Klyde Warren Park Independence Day Celebration will be held 9 from 7-10 pm at 2012 Woodall Rodgers Freeway, Dallas, TX. This is a free, family-friendly event open to the public. City of DeSoto will team up Thursday with our neighbor to the East, the City of Lancaster, for our annual joint 4th of July celebration. We take yearly turns hosting this festive event which will be held at DeSoto’s Grimes Park on the 4th. In addition to our elected officials and City management teams, there will be some super entertainment including a spectacular fireworks show and great musical headliners including Bar-Kays featuring Larry Dodson with additional performances by the Natural Change Band, Dominque Hammons, and the GoGo Band.

The Sound at Cypress Waters will be holding a celebration on the 4th of July at 3111 Olympus Blvd, Coppell, TX 75019 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. This event will keep sensory sensitive individuals on the autism spectrum, people with disabilities and veterans in mind.
