She is a relational strategist who enjoys helping high-performing individuals and organizational teams boost productivity through self-care. She has served as executive director for Dress for Success Oklahoma City, instructed at Guthrie Job Corps Center, and she spent 27 years as a manager at AT&T before retiring from that position. Necie received her BBA and MBA in Management from Amberton University and she is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Business Administration/Leadership at Liberty University.
