This newly created award recognizes outstanding community service organizations that provide vital support to women facing extenuating circumstances.
The Pink Ceiling: Breaking Barriers
The theme of this year’s A Woman About Her Business Brunch is “The Pink Ceiling: Things Women Do That Hold Them Back.” Attendees will engage in thought-provoking discussions, gain insights from industry leaders, and explore strategies to overcome obstacles to professional growth. The event promises a delicious, catered brunch, an inspiring opening speaker, and a dynamic panel discussion.
Community Heart Award Presentation
During the brunch, Latterhouse Decor, a local nonprofit, will be presented the Community Heart Award. Their unwavering commitment to providing free interior decorating services to women and families who have been hurt and relocated due to domestic violence embodies the spirit of SheBoss Unlimited’ s mission to advocate for the well-being and advancement of women.
Celebrating “A Woman About Her Business”
In addition to the award presentation, the event will recognize a remarkable woman entrepreneur who exemplifies resilience, determination, and courage during the A Woman About Her Business Spotlight portion of the program.
